Hi guys been awhile, had a good few months with not a problem from the d40, now I lost my caravan keys while ripping everything out the truck iv notices water I’m talking half a bucket out of my front passenger footwell, I had my air con re gassed and had this on for about 3 months constant in this head. It get wet up to the bulk head but also the rear is slightly wet I’m guessing this will be as on accurate the water will push to the rear of the truck. Iv read about the air con pumping water back into the car, is this due to blockage or just short pipe, surly this didn’t come out of Nissan like this, mines a 2012 model. People using pipe to fix this issue it is booked into a garage none Nissan, so any info please I can show him the replies from yourself to make the job easier and quicker. Thanks Lewis

It was leaking from the pipe under the car quite a bit, but also inside where the grommet is too, I didn’t poke it didn’t no what I was doing I just reached down from the engine bay and pulled it off I checked the pipe I pulled off but that wasn’t blocked so put back on, surely if it’s coming out of that pipe when ac is on then nothing can be blocked can it ? Would blowing air into the pipe un block it ? What would you poke up it, what can possibly Block up the ac pipe ?

Well now I no what to poke il have another go tomorrow, could possibly be a split pipe il have to take everything apart, I can’t see there being a blockage if the water is still coming out the pipe under the car unless it’s slightly blocked and it’s heading back into the car as well as it comes out of the pipe.
