Decided to troubleshoot the issue again, it seems like with the with the EGR blocked, I am able to get the following MAF reading at 794rpm at idle(which is about the same range with my Trailblazer 2.8 engine without an unblocked EGR). Though , I am uncertain (because I not test drove with the EGR Blocked), there were still smoke at the exhaust pipe.

I decided to look for leaks in the hoses and did not find any and resat all the hoses to the original Turbo Boost Solenoid.
I can conclude that the Turbo Boost acuator is working as it was "playing up and down whenever I pressed on the gas at idle" and the hose connected to the turbo boost has a "sucking" sensation.

I removed the plate that is blocking the EGR and I was getting the following reading from my OBD2 at 755rpm at idle.

Decided to rev with the unblocked EGR and was getting the following video.
I was just tapping on the gas, but I will be getting "double RPM" reading/delay..like one tap = broom broom.

Unsure if this related to this issue.
I do hope replacement Turbo Boost Control Solenoid fixes this issue.

Have you looked/smelled on the engine oil? Just wondering if an injector could be stuck open? Something seems to be very off since your car is at idle but engine load value is over 40% at your last picture.
Hmm, i don't how engine oil smells like apology. But no visible engine oil leak but yes I do smell fuel instead

What is the load value suppose to be at when idle state?

Thanks

Okay, mine has around 12.5 - 25% load what I´ve seen. Maf is around 62kg/h +- with idle speed around 750rpm.
It´s hard to explain what oil should smell like, but is the oil level the same as before, or does it seem like it has risend, or does it seem very thin?
If you can smell diesel from the exhaust while the car is just idling something must be adding alot of diesel in to the engine.
Does it start fine or how is it?

This is strange.
As mentioned, I decided to "block" my EGR Tube Assembly that goes to my EGR Valve and I was getting the following readings from my OBD2 at Idle and drive.
Decided to go for a short drive with a blocked EGR valve and the vehicle was running well, the transmission was able to change gear smoothly , no black smoke , fuel smell at the exhaust and was getting the 'satisfying' power without limping.
I decided to remove the EGR Valve and have it cleaned to ensure the flaps are not stuck open (I will install the EGR tomorrow and go for another test drive without having my EGR blocked).

Does anyone know what is the root cause of this?
@landmannnn I have received my replacement Turbo Boost Solenoid, will have this install before my test drive with a clean EGR Valve. hopefully I do not need to have my EGR blocked permanently moving forward.

@Fin-nav , the engine actually starts fine, just that I had excess black smoke + Carbon soot being with low power several days ago. In fact, the Navara couldn't even drive up a road-hump (I will need to reverse and push on the pedal).

At idle + AC turned on.

I and many others has placed an EGR blanking plate just to avoid having trouble with the EGR. Car runs fine even though the egr is blanked so if it fixes your issues just blank of the egr and have it like that.
