I've just written this in the other thread !! ok, ok, i'll do it again. First 6 weeks or so it was 27. something, last 2 weeks its been 26. something !!! (not as good as the brochure tells it !) I have 22"s and a heavy right foot so i'm not worried. I don't really keep an eye on it, i don't do enough miles for it to be a problem so........... ( Still luvin it !!!!)

2010 Manual with 700 miles on it, doing 34.1. Brilliant!!!
Is that as standard mate, or has it been looked at. If that's standard, that must be some well boring driving !! (no offence meant :thumbright: :thumbleft: :D )

Mine is an Auto :cheers2:

I've had my 2010 nav since April, it's done just short of 10,000 miles.
I get around 28 mpg when towing and about 32 mpg for general driving.
The mpg figures have been about the same from new, not bad for a auto

Never bothered checking mpg, when the orange ligh comes on i just fill it up. Never bought it because it was saving the planet!! But reding above posts i would say mid 20's is pretty good for a big truck and we all love nailing it when we can!

Im on 7500 miles now and my trip computer which Ive never reset since new is stuck on 32.2mpg where its been for the last 3000 miles. Calculations at fill ups indicate this is fairly accurate.

Car is a 2010 manual but running on 22's with a rear Pegasus Top Up Cover (which is supposed to aid aerodynamics, lol)

Driving style can be best described as "very brisk", and consists mainly of fast A and B roads with some motorway work. Theres a fair bit of stop/start on-site work too though so Im pretty chuffed with the results so far.

My driving(and truck)trips sound very similar, yet i'm only getting 27.
bugger !!!

2010 Manual Nav with just under 9000 miles on the clock.
28.5mpg all day long everyday with 500kg tools on the back with ladders and pipebox on roofbars.
With no tools on the truck, Ill get 33.3mpg.

ok, like everyone else i have moaned about the MPG, but i realised something today. go & look at the MPG of the BMW X5 & then tell me the Nav is bad!

We who have been moaning have probably been thinking of normal mid size cars for comparison but to do a fair conparison you really need to think more X5!
