looks very similar to the aftermarket front parking sensors I had on my last pathy. button was for manual on/off.

^^^^yup^^^^ and agree with others - it's a simple remote switch - could operate anything

I have installed heaps of light bars and that switch is a typical on/off switch for a light bar. Try using the switch with your high beams on mate

It's not a Jeep. Jeep is a brand name. If it's anything using they logic, it's a Nissan.

Alternatively, it's a truck, a pickup, a pickup truck. More globally, it's a ute, or a backy. I'd even take car over Jeep, although it's not a car either.

Stick with vehicle, you'll always be safe with vehicle.

My money is still on lights, only way to know for sure is to follow the wires....... could even have some under c̶a̶r̶ j̶e̶e̶p̶ truck neons :rockon

In Ireland all 4x4s are called jeeps, just like you Hoover the floor or write with a biro.

You'll probably find it had a light bar but was removed before selling but they couldn't be bothered removing the wireing too
Have a shifty around the front of the "TRUCK" see if you can find any wires that dont belong
