if i know billcar the work they do carries a 100% customer satisfaction warranty, thats why they have such a good feedback on this forum.
if you feel its not right then speak to Dave at billcar he will sort it for you, after all its his job and
billcar's reputation on the line.
so give them a chance to have a look at whats going on before this gets into a negative situation and poor feedback
