Hello guys

A couple of weeks ago my Navara got wiped out buy a BMW that ran a light at a cross road.

Flip side, not a scratch on me, but the passenger in the BMW was a right mess.

It took it well, I'd had a auto starter fitted that morning as well :-(

The guy who hit me, his insurance company is in Gibraltar, my insurance says they have no ability to pay, so they are treating it as a uninsured driver

I'm not sure where we are up to, its company insurance. The truck was brand new 6 months ago.

I have ordered a new one today though artycheer:

Gutted for you mate but glad you've a new one on the way, however check that if it's written off your number plate doesn't also go with the settlement :!:

Number plate is being put on retention as we speak. i love that plate I waited 10 years for it

Quite. I used to work in France and my UK registered car was insured here. If you get fobbed off why not try the Ombudsman Service. Write a letter to Honest John or some other newspaper. I think the Sunday Times have a good section as well as some other papers. When they get involved (if they do) then it is amazing how quickly things can get sorted.
