Hello all I’m sure someone can help .i have a 2013 nav and can’t get the door card off I have removed the door handle insert and screw behind and the window switch panel and the screw behind that popped the door card all the way round from one side to other but it feels as though there is another screw behind the leather insert above the door handle and can’t see this is removable ? Don’t want to damage anything . I had a 2006 model before and the card was quite easy to remove but this has me at a loss any help would be much appreciate
