help had my nav 3months now started it tonite and the engine tickover went racing away about 1800rpm its a d22 52plate with 880000 miles any ideas please

heat switch off engine stays at high revs when driving press clutch in and she races away

Hi start it up let it tick over for ten minits then it will reset the tick over setting once it has slowed down to what it should be wate two minits then swith it off and start it again it should be ok then Regards Rich

as above mine was doing it

every now and again it does it for some strange reason

As richspannerman says start your truck let it tick over for ten minutes and it should reset

thanx for all your help esp richspannerman it worked all back to normal we ready to roll

the engine sometimes get spasms, like the technicians from nissan. so it needs a time out before being normal again. :lol:
