After a long debate between me and the Mrs about a practical car, with her wanting a new X-Trail and me wanting a Navara I've finally won (not often that happens)

I've picked up a 2014 2.5 Tekna manual, 14k miles, in metallic grey, and so far couldn't be happier. Perfect for the dog in the back and unbelievably practical.

I'll be taking it into work next weekend to get it up on the ramps and rustproof the chassis, other than that is there anything, other than the usual I should be doing to look after it?

Hi Chris, :welcome

That's a smart truck you've got yourself and as you say a lot mire practical than the Xtrail.

Once you've done the chassis treatment, for now the only thing to do is fit a blank in the EGR valve to stop your engine re-breathing its own exhaust.
