Not into the hard top thing, i take it you mean canopy. As for what i am after i like looks and wheels ect: and do like performance although i know itsa a deisel i would want it to go as best it can if you get my drift.

My big thing is looks, i am not a off roader so this doesnt bother me although i would like to give it a go sometime, and maybe converted.

This was mine stock, with just a Pace Edwards Bedlocker (roller shutter) and some stainless steel roll bars....

Here was my first modification there after, the DTE Diesel Tuning system...
Image

Then I got the wheels, the side exhaust, front and rear towbars, the front/rear parking distance system and a new grille and it looks like this...
Image

And then I got the second tuning stage from DTE, which I had running inside the cabin, which is where the black wire is going...
Image

Further planned mods...Well you'll have to watch the thread of my own car

I think i'm gonna get me a DTE sometime in the new year, after JP's thorough review i think this system is one of the best around.
I'm not planning on doing much more to mine externaly apart from maybe a new grille?

I've been happy with how mine looks for a while now, although i would seriously consider the Arctic Truck full conversion, but for now here's my baby:

I also like mine to look different, but there are quite a few blingers around now

Still think that front bar is class! Unfortunately it would get in the way of my front towbar, otherwise I have that please  Isn't it great, another black one looking exactly the same from new, but just subtly different now :thumbleft:

Thanks JP  , yeah i think it's one of the things i love about these trucks, we all do certain things to them, that make them all very individual, and then they take on a whole new character :thumbright:

:cyclopsanim: I am now jealous, coming from a top modded m3 i want a top modded nav and i have to say this is right up my street, Lovely looking motor and i would be very happy if mine looked anything close to that when it was finished. How long did it take you to do all that? Again i hope you dont mind me asking for hints/tips or where to get parts in the future when i start modding. Some great looking motors their lads but i hate mine now

Gorgeous trucks chaps..

I was thinking of removing chrome, but now, looking at yours I may add instead.
I wont post pictures of mine until I've had a proper clean, but mods are:

Carryboy Hardtop.
Alu checker plated loadbed and tailgate.
Alu checker plate lockable toolbox.
Twin Headrest Screens, fed via a DVD player and a PS2.
Front Chrome A-bar
Window tints.

Just ask away bud! That's why we are here. I love these trucks, they are such a great blank canvas to individualise! No two look the same. And the one draw back of this forum is the ideas you get and money it costs ;-)

Mother-Trucker, its not taken me that long to do to be honest.

Most of the parts are from EBay, and we know how cheep bits can be on there, biggest expence was the wheels and they only cost me ÂŁ700 from a lad that used to have a pathfinder on the forum :thumbleft:

DTE box i got from Warpa 2nd hand and the Remap i got cheep as my truck was used as the development car.

If your going to buy chrome bits from ebay, make sure they are stainless steel, as the chrome coated plastic parts are **** and in this weather they will pit and peel.

If you need any info buddy just ask :thumbright:

NOTE TO PEOPLE THAT LIKE MY GRILL - THERE IS A COMPANY ON EBAY NOW DOING THE SAME GRILL BUT IT STILL HAS THE NISSAN BADGE. (Still cant find a UK supplier of the one i have) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-PATHFINDER ... 53ddfc3d96
