If its any consolation i have found all manufacturers to be terrible with customer service - last experience was rust on a ÂŁ60k Mercedes, imagine my pleasure when they gave me the run around for several months! I have come to the conclusion that we have to put up with this level of service generally, not just from car manufacturers but from mobile phone firms, insurance, computers etc etc. Maybe i am getting too old to fight anymore but i have lowered my expectations sufficiently that it helps me calm down about such issues. The good thing is that your ÂŁ20k Navara is probably better specified than a ÂŁ60k Merc! Thats why i'll be back on this forum v soon!!
