Nissan NAVARA 2008 Brake Lights Not Working and Bluetooth Setup Issues

Hi all I’m a newbie I have just brought a Nissan NAVARA 2008 long way down and quiet impressed with it .
I have a couple of problems to sort out
1 both back brake lights not working
2 sort out Bluetooth for my phone which I have posted and got good responses too
At the moment I am going to use my NAVARA for travelling to and from work so no hard work for truck .

By the way, the brake lights are most likely a damaged switch on the pedal (assuming the bulbs are ok)

I have had a mechanic look for me and he said he disconnected the tow bar and they worked but soon as I got home they weren’t working again so I have booked it into an auto electrician tomorrow to go through the electrics .

Some people have found the towbar electrics bodged in with scotch locks when there is a perfectly good plug and play solution available. Scotchlocks have their place, but not for towing electrics!
