Stick a flex, pooflex etc sets hard and usually needs to be sliced off with sharp blade .not sure if silicone sealant remover (unibond) or no nonsense sealant remover , may touch it??
Other non or semi setting sealants ,chewing gum like strip can be had and may be more suitable if squeezing in the joint for a temporary seal To stop water wicking past the rubber "non" sealing strip

I would Check out Uni Bond, Evo Stick, no nonsense, plum fix ,locktite, screw fix, Bodge it and quit .. There is bound to be a suitable product .

Rough bodge you could duct tape over the cracks ..
Panel wipe is good for cleaning up goo but wont touch stick o flex.
