Hi guys new here and hoping someone can help.

i have a 2013 D40 with the 3.0 V9X engine.
the engine cranks fine but will not fire up. I have scanned it and there are no faults. I can see the fuel rail pressure is only at 7bar and the injectors are not opening.
I have bled/primed the fuel system using the tool behind the seat, replaced the suction control valve and also replaced the high pressure pump but still only get 7 bar rail pressure.
I dod find a fuel pump fuse which seems to have no power to it with ignition on nor during cranking.
Does anyone know where to go from here because i am out of ideas.
Thanks in advance
