Approach angle

Evening ladies and gents,

Has anyone made any modifications to the front bumper to increase the approach angle? I've been looking into a few different options. Most aftermarket front bumpers seems to cut down the original bumper just below the grille and fit bellow that.

Anyone fabricated their own?

Just looking for ideas

The Xrox Comp bar is the best I’ve seen:

Note that this “competition” bar does not preserve the airbag crush cans, which is why it’s so much closer than most front bars and why it’s off road use only. Not sure what your local constable would have to say about it.

I reckon you couldn’t do much better than this given the location of the radiator and aircon condenser.
