Bolt needed for my tray, but what are they called?

I’ve got a 2017 Nissan Navara and somehow I’ve lost one of the bolts that connects the cable from my tray to the tray door.
Below is a photo of the one I have still on the other side.

The main issue is that I went into a couple of car parts sellers and nobody had any, or even knew where I could get one, or what they are called, or pretty much anything else about them.
Can anyone assist?

On a wider space ... I noticed that the US market puts HUGE shipping costs on just any product available online - I have seen as much as US$32 for a little part that fits in a kittle padded bag - been like that for maybe 24 months or thereabouts?!

I looked online and saw them for sale in America for $1.49.
Unfortunately I am in Australia, so I had to fork out $26!

Thanks so much. That one looks a bit different at the end than my one does. At least you’ve given me something to go on.
When I search for “collared bolt” in Nissan Navara there are loads of different options that come up for different parts of the utes.
Given I want one that connects the cable that holds the tray door to the tray, what are those specific ones called? None of the ones I can see look just like it.

It's called a collar or collared bolt.
