It would help if we knew what vehicle ? Im guessing it may be the hardtop in which case it will be the tops manufacturer of which it could be one of several

Having just had a look it seems this maybe the original hardtop supplied by nissan for the NP300 in which case parts will be Nissan and most likely still be covered by warranty as none will out of warranty yet unless done very high miles.
