how easy is it to remove globe plugs and are they spark plugs

Serious question ?
If so no they are not a spark plug.
Are we talking headlight globes.
If so they are fiddly pricks to get off, Remove the rubber dust cover and then push in the spring/lock thingy and slightly press down and pull.
The globe can only go in one way.
