Hiya folks, wanted to ask a quick question, got a clicking noise coming from the front passenger side hub, could it be the auto hub ? if so were would be the best place to get a replacement ?

Could be the hub or the cv.

You need to strip and check the hub assembly to see what is causing the problem. If you do need new parts try;

If you do need to replace it i'd suggest putting manual locking hubs on, they probably are cheaper than auto and will increase fuel economy and reduces wear on front drive train. I got a set from milners, they seem to be decent

Auto hubs can fail since they are spring based and work with torque given so they can auto engage the wheel when you select 4wd. even genuine Auto ones being used as standart in the pre-facelift d22 tend to fail from time to time due to lack of use or even bad diff oil in the front diff. inspect them, clean them etc and if one is bad and you dont 4wd more than 2 times every 3 months get manual ones, if you 4wd a lot get an auto from a scrapyard of another d22 if you are lucky. if you have to replace both get the manuals.

Does it just click or is there a slight judder when breaking?

An old L, 200 I had made clicking noises in one of the auto hubs
It would have started while driving down the road and you would have had to stop ans reverse a bit to stop it.
