Hi,

Thought i'd drop a line and say hi and to get your advice on a Navara. I currently have an Astra VXR and looking to change it for something more dog friendly (the dog isn't allowed in the Astra). I want one with:

• Leather (are they all heated?)

• Sat Nav

• Nudge bar

• Rear roll bar

• Manual gearbox

I test drove an 08 one which was on the forecourt at a dealer for £14.5k + VAT which had the leather, sat nav and was a manual but it was more then i wanted to pay.

The car will be for personal use but looking for low-ish mileage for something upto 12k. Are the special edition ones worth looking out for?
The dealer told me to stay away from 06 / 56 as they had a fault, what was changed after 2006?

Anything else I need to be aware of and lastly anyone fancy a VXR? )

With a bit of searching you should be able to find a low'ish milage 07 Aventura (heated leather/sat nav standard) for that money. As for the roll bar/nudge bar, they're after market assesories, so you might just be lucky, or your looking at buying them extra yourself (keep an eye on flea bay) :thumbleft:
