Hi everyone thought I would join up as I have just sold my land rover defender and bought a 05 nissan navara aventura double cab with full leather and satnav :)
My name is Alex and I am a building contractor, I also own a mk2 golf currently converting to a track car and a mk4 golf r32.
Picked up the nissan yesterday and so far I am very pleased with it, much better than my dads d22 :)
Few little niggles to iron out

:I think the left hand side mirror was replaced at some point but unfortunately was not fitted properly. I can hear wind whistling through when driving along and when I gave it a quick wash yesterday, water came into the cab. Anyone had this problem before? Just a case of prising the mirror off and realigning the rubber seal?

: Rear left window does not work, motor?

: When you plug a trailer in and reverse will the parking sensor go off? Or does it detect the trailer being plugged in? If not ill have to bypass the sensor with a switch so I can turn it off when using a trailer "which is a lot"

: front right hand side headlight has condensation, is that just a question of heating it up so it re-seals?

Sorry for all the questions :) think that's it for now.

Cheers
Alex

Hi and welcome, just been looking at holidays in Dorset
Have a look at west Dorset leisure holidays, they have 5 caravan parks with camping highlands end and seatown being the nicest as they're right on the beach. I do a lot of contract work for them.

Welcome, have only been on here a few days myself, it's an excellent site and a mine of information !
