I've been looking into trading in my Ranger for a Navara. I've seen a lovely Aventura with only 30,000miles on in decent enough nick at a fair price. 56 plate.
The truck on the whole (drive, spec, fuel consumption, practical applications, size, etc etc) is great and is definately my preferred choice due to all the above.
My only concerns are the clutch and engine problems that have been associated with Navaras and the lack of customer service shown by Nissan dealers.
Questions:
Is this particular model prone to any of the problems mentioned?
Have Nissan upped the warranty to 5 years?
I've had my Ranger from new for 5 years and had no real faults to report other than a faulty turbo which was repaired under warranty no questions asked.
As you can tell reliability is a big factor when choosing my next pick up!
