Guys, my sis has got a 03 plate crew cab and we have been having nothing but problems with it since the day she bought it!! it cuts out at random times while driving (but turn off ignition and it restarts 1st time) managment light flashes then goes away, and on a trip the other day we were struggling to hold 65mph in 4th up a hill on the motorway, and then when your sat at 75 every 8-10 seconds it would loose power, drop 4-5mph, and then come back, build the speed and bang go again drop 5mph.... this is literaly every 8-10 seconds of driving!! There is something seriously wrong here..... anyone got any ideas as this has been ongoing for 2 years!!! It's had a new nutral switch the other month so that is fine, so my thoughts are fuel pump in the tank (if they have one) not able to keep up with demand??

Please help!!

yea, serviced every 5k, nutral switch done about 4 months ago, but the cutting out is the most annoying bit.... but looking at a recent thread, it looks like it could be rust or something in the tank causing the problem..... shall find out in a week when I get ashore!!!

Could be rust like you say but that fault was cutting out on hills. Take a look at the fuel filter for signs of the rust particles.
Don't dismiss the CPS (crank position sensor) as also mentioned in that thread as these can be faulty.
They normally play up when they get warm so keep a fairy liquid bottle full of water handy and give it a cooling to see if it sorts it out temporally.
