Hi, I have 2008 Nissan navara, it's been great until recently. I've had to replace both front hubs, 4wd drive switch, injectors and now today as I was driving home from Norwich, my truck struggled for power above 2000rpm. If I put my foot down slowly the truck gradually picks up speed but if you need to over take or require a bit of power the truck judders. Any ideas please?

have a look at the NPS neutral position switch
when driving the truck if you loose power push the gear lever hard to the left if the power comes back its the NPS
tends to happen in 3 /4 th gear

Thank you for your quick response, I did notice that it seemed to only happen the those gears, I will try it tomorrow and see what happens.

BTW the front hubs and 4x4 switches come standard as part of Navara ownership.

in other words keep an eye on them they have a reputation to cause problems

I no but they always seem to happen at once lol
Does anybody know much much the switches are and where you can get them other then a dealership

I had a similar lack of power problem in the 2008 navara I just bought. Turned out to be the fuel filter. Was OK on idle abs low revs but under load struggled to rev above 2000rpm

I will change my fuel filter as well then, process of eliminating I guess
