Hi all, question before i go back to the stealers.

sometimes when i set off it will not rev over about 2000 rpm. No warning lights on dash.
If i turn it off and restart it then will rev up as normal.

Trouble is is you start up and go to pull out into traffic and the revs dont go up you end pulling out in front of some one like an idiot.

Any one else had this trouble. mine is just 2 months old with nearly 9000 mile s on it

Thanks

As above. That's Limp Home Mode. By any chance, is it a 190, bought before October last year? There's a known fault on the early 190s. Take it to the dealer for a software update.Even if that's not the issue, it's in warranty, so dealer will have to sort it.

Have a look through the "Limp mode after cruising at 30mph" thread.

After 12 months and 10 visits to the garage, my 2011 truck has gone back to the dealers. It took an addtional 8 phone calls and 2 letters.

They have given me a new truck whilst they fix the issue :cheers2: Looks cool with carbon fibre dipped wheels and grill.

check fault codes to see if the fuel pressure relief valve has opened.

Have you got your Nav back yet and is it behaving now...I'm experiencing the same problem with mine now, the dealers have just replaced the fuel filter and the problem is still there so its not that !
Got Nav back until tomorrow as waiting for a hire truck, Nissan want mine for 4 weeks to replace turbo, Had it back for a week whilst sorting a hire vehicle that Nissan are paying for.
