Hi guys,

I get a clunking sound from the rear every time I release the clutch in gear.

I found that the diff bushes/mounts have a lot of play in them as per the photo.

is this normal or should the bush be snug all the way up?

The bolts are done up to the bush and I have also replaced the oil in the diff. Can’t see any broken damasks Either.

That bush should be tight.

Replaced the bush and no more clunking. The internal bit of the bush had broke away from the bush.
