I have a Navara 56 plate that has done 115K but it has been dogged with one persistant problem for the last 10k. Essentially it diverts to safe mode on medium to sharp acceleration. To return to normal mode, I switch it off for a moment or two and then restart it. It is incline to cut out when in stop/start traffic but moves a good as ever at higher speeds.
I have already taken it to the garage a couple of times (not a dealer) and they replaced the EGR valve. That seemed to clear it up for about 2K but the problem is back, as bad as ever. I am taking it in again on Monday, but I was just checking to see if anybody else experienced problems of this nature.
