Well i'm back (If i'm still welcome?) :grin2:

As it has been a long time, I thought I might re-introduce myself as there have been a few updates on my D40
New air filter
New Oil filter
New Oil
New Diesel Filter
New Transmission Fluid (Which is why mine shifting so rough, still slow gearbox though)
Radiator coolant flush
Lots of visits to the car wash
Next will be rear diff

If you haven't seen her yet, here she is

Since I've been watching the forum a lot, I've also been looking a lot to the post " Fuel economy & mpg computer inaccuracy"

Driving carefully I'm averaging 29mpg

Also congrats to the new team!!

Yep but there are a few things to consider, as I get asked this a few times. :nerd2:

Short story, I was able to afford this one because a few reasons. I've been working a lot to be able to afford it and my D40 V6 was the cheapest but it wasn't in the best condition hence the low price.
Other things to consider, I did do a part of the maintenance myself like the basic maintenance and radiator flush. Basic Navara maintenance at dealer is around 350€-400€, I did it for 130€ and radiator was 150€-200€, I did it for 20€.

So yes, under the right circumstances a student can afford a Navara
