I like the idea of DRLs but I've no idea why they decided the rear lights shouldn't come on with the fronts. I know that's the way all DRLs are but I think it's daft!
Does anyone know of a way to make the rear lights come on with them on Auto?

DRLs are designed so people can see you approaching to hopefully save accidents happening. Volvo did this in Sweden from day one many many years ago. Anyhow, Yes it would be a great idea if the rear lights came on as well due to the amount of numpties on the road in new cars who don’t have auto lights from driving at night with just the drls on and no other lights! The problem is that the lighting circuits that control the rear “side lights” is common to all your lights in “ side light” control circuit. You could just leave your lights on manual if you really want to be seen from both ends during the day.

Turn your lights on.

The parking light setting will turn on the front LEDs only and the rear bulbs, but the LEDs operate at reduced intensity.

Hi both,
I'm driving with my lights on all the time now to get around the problem but what I really want is a solution for Auto. Maybe there isn't one.
