Just had my 2010 Tekna 190 remapped at Corten Miller performance centre in Lincolnshire and they have done a great job, 400lbft of torque and 232bhp! Drives even better than it did before and does more mpg too! Highly recommend these guys if your in the area.[attachment=0:24qvirx4]ImageUploadedByTapatalk1365613369.697119.jpg[/attachment:24qvirx4]

I think mines a denso, think I remember something about changing the chip in mine before they could remap it, I'm not 100% but could ask if needed.
I was told chip does not change on denso but ecu does have to be removed
Yes, the Denso has a SH7058 MCU that is reprogrammable. No need to change any eproms.
Since Nissan dealers can at least write via CAN-OBD, only one of each stock ecu # needs to be opened to read.

Download link for a bunch of read out stock softwares in this thread:

Definitely. Funnily enough i was only thinking the same thing. The Q7 came out the factory with 245Hp from the 3.0 V6. The 0-62 time is 7.8 seconds which for a 2.4 ton SUV is quite quick. The Nav has 231 hp but takes 9.9 seconds to 60. The only explanation i can think of is the Audi 8 speed gearbox just keeps the engine in the power band more unlike the Nav.

With the DTE on the Audi absolutely flies and has got to be low 7's for 0-60 now.
My A6 3.0td (same engine as q7) was mapped and as a figure heads up it goes up to 290ish bhp but 560nm torques thats why they fly.

I asked about before I bought the dte..
I was told if it had the Denso ecu (which it does) then the remap couldn't be done without removing the ecu, taking out the chip and installing a different one as the Denso chip can not be flashed.
Hence I went the Dte route...

I have no idea about the newer motors, mines a 2007

B10 you from skeggy?

im there this weekend from friday dinner, might just have to take a look at these see if the yfance doing my V6 :awesomework

Nearish to skeggy, far enough away but close enough if you know what I mean!

I'm sure they'd be able to do it but I had to wait two weeks to get mine done as there rollers are in constant use so you'd need to book it in.

It's definitely possible as its been done, I know Corten Miller use there own software but above that I don't know a lot more, they had my truck most of the day and it spent most of its time strapped to the rolling road.

Now I've done a few more normal miles in it the average MPG seems to be 30.7. I'm not exactly light on the throttle so I'm more than happy as it will pay for the remap within a year with the mileage I do. ;-)
