Ok I'm having a play and found in the hidden fuse box a fuse labeled DTRL any one know what it stands for?

Also anyone know which relay controls the dip beam? It seemed to be on in the hiden fuse box but the relay has switched power all the time the engines on?

have you not got an 'Auto' setting on your lighting stalk? If you switch that on, then as soon as the ignition is on, then the headlights are lit.

The auto settings is for when it gets dark or rains on my light switch....

May you also add the following provocative words onto the ban list:
4M40
JAOS

OK we all seem to agree it could be day time running lights but why fuse a circuit that isn't fitted with?

It would make sense to be daytime running lights, for the Swedish market.

it doesnt matter you didnt have them as standart i think every truck that comes out of the factory has all the electric connections for add-ons installed, for example my truck didnt have headlight washers but i found 1 connector next to each headlight and a friend of mine his truck didnt come with ABS, but his truck had the cables and the light on the dash to fit it.

That I agree with but with the fuse in circuit it's unlikely to be for something not fitted imo...
