Just recently purchased a 2008 d40 2.5 6sp diesel Spain built Navara, it came with vibration issues at 90km onward when purchased.
Now the vibration has got a lot worse..it's constant through every gear but noticeably worse at higher speed I mean rattling the dash..vibrates at idle, in neutral vibrates when revving.
Also noticed the gears are getting harder to select since the vibration issue has worsened.
Have stopped driving for now, has anyone had anything like this with there Navara?

Welcome to the forum.

It is very common for the rear joint on the front propshaft to wear badly.

A fairly simple job to check. Lie underneath and see if there is any play in the joint.

Not a difficult job to replace.

If its vibrating when stationary its engine/ gearbox related!
The dual mass flywheel has been known to cause vibration when starting to fail.
You say the vibration gets worse when you rev!
Is there any difference between neutral out of gear or with the clutch down?
The dual mass flywheel is on the engine side of the clutch so if it still vibrates stationary with the clutch pressed it rules out anything passed the clutch!
